1. Who we are
Nuviraes (“Nuviraes”, “we”, “us”) is a free social casino website operated at nuviraes.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@nuviraes.com.
2. What we do not collect
Nuviraes has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no payments. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, address, payment details or identity documents, and the game does not send your play history to our servers. Your virtual coin balance is held in your browser’s memory for the current page only and is discarded when you reload or leave.
3. Information processed automatically
Like most websites, the server that delivers Nuviraes may record standard technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring address and the time of the request. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are retained for a limited period before deletion.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address. Please see Google’s own privacy policy for how that information is handled.
4. Cookies and local storage
Nuviraes does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use local storage to track you. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use this only to answer your message and keep it only as long as needed to resolve your request, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Legal bases and your rights
Where data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for server logs, and on your request for email correspondence. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nuviraes.com. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
7. Children
Nuviraes is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please write to support@nuviraes.com and we will delete the correspondence.
8. Security and international access
We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections, to protect the site. Because Nuviraes is available internationally, technical data may be processed in countries other than your own.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
