1. The service

Nuviraes provides a free-to-play social casino game, Core Flare 21, for entertainment purposes only. The service is offered as-is by the Nuviraes team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuviraes. By using the site you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that playing a free social casino game is lawful where you are.

3. No real-money wagering

Nuviraes does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual coins have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn, and they cannot be used to obtain any prize, goods or service. No purchase is necessary to play. Any attempt to sell or trade coins or access to the game is prohibited.

4. Virtual coins and game sessions

Each visit starts with 1,000 virtual coins held only in your browser for the current page. Balances are not saved and reset when the page reloads. We may change starting balances, stake sizes or table rules at any time. Rules in force are displayed on the game page.

5. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, use automated means to overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Outcomes are generated in your browser by a shuffled deck and fixed rules; results from a social game do not indicate how you would perform at real-money gambling.

Because Nuviraes is free and no money is involved, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
